We have been pretty busy with life lately. Trent is now back doing some real estate and mortgages; I'm still busy with Drill and Dance; SNIRK is still in the works and so is my website, What to Wear; and Brennan is still growing like crazy. He is rolling over real well, talking up a storm, and starting to eat solid foods. He is loving green beans, peas, and carrots so much more than that rice cereal. Chewy is still getting into things and tearing stuffed animals to shreds. Our house is for sale and under contract. We will be out of it by May or June. Hopefully we can make a decision on where to purchase. We may just rent until the time is right--any ideas of rentals?? There are a lot listed, but nothing that I would want to live in...I know, call me a snob. But it is hard trying to find something nice enough--I know it won't be anything like we already live in, but I would like something and somewhere nice--I'm talking convenience too. It makes more sense for us to go a little further north and not too far west--being somewhat close to the freeway is a plus!! We also have some fun trips coming up. I'll tell you about them as they near. Anyway...that's all for now. Below are some pics of Brennan eating, finally sleeping in his crib, and a head shot of Trent (which I took--taking on that hobby--don't ask me to do it for money--yet :)

Soooo BIG...
It has been a while since I last blogged. So, here is an update of what's new and exciting in the Staggs' Home. Brennan is now 4 months old. At his last Well-Check appt, he was in the 90th percentile for his head, 95th for his height, and 75th for his weight. We've got a big kid with big brains!! He is rolling from his tummy to his back and sometimes his back to his tummy. He sits up pretty well with support and has just started rice cereal. He started his Little Gym class the other day and he just LOVED it!! It is so fun to see the excitement in his face when he goes to that class and gets to play with toys and interact with other babies.
Since Christmas, we have gone to Cali and my chaos of drill is over (but as always, never ends). My girls took 3rd in our region with our military routine taking a 1st over Bingham--that is almost unheard of. We were stoked!! We took 10th overall at the 5A State competition--which is AWESOME!! I'm proud of my ladies and looking forward to another year and winning the National Title in NYC this March.
While in Cali, we looked at areas to move to--but found that we'd rather own in Vegas. So the plan is to buy property in Vegas and rent in Utah for another year (with several trips to Vegas). After a year of renting, we'll either move to Vegas or (cross your fingers) buy our dream home in Nelson Farms (South Jordan--we're hoping the cost comes down a ton, since it has already).
Trent is still working on Snirk--he has landed some pretty big companies to work with. It has become more of a software company now that is taking off for quite a few people. If you do hair or massages, etc., check out the site. It may help you with scheduling your clients. SNIRK.com
I'm still at Tville doing drill and teaching a dance class--yes, I'm officially a teacher. I'm also starting my own website that will help you know what to wear and/or pack. If you want to visit San Francisco, you'll have all the info on style and weather and then know what to pack for your trip. Or if you just want an idea of what to wear on the town here in Salt Lake, it will give you the style, weather, and a couple boutiques to purchase your style from. It will be a FREE site. So, keep your eyes open for it within the next couple months--yay for adventure!!
Here are some pics from January:
Brennan is starting to teeth. Look at those red cheeks and slobber.

Brennan loves reading time!
My Mr. Man loves tummy time!
Brennan's first trip to the beach. Wasn't really a fan of that sand.
Trent took him out to the waves.
Sitting like a big boy in his Bumbo.
I just love this little guy!!
And...he can hold his own bottle.
