It was brought to my attention that I have not updated my Blog in a year...WOW!!! So many changes have really made me slack in my Blogging skills. So, without further delay...I'll do a quick re-cap of the year and then promise to be better about what's going on. I'm really good about keeping my Facebook up-to-date...so check that out if I slack on this Blog again!!!
Let's just back it up to last year where I left off...
Oct 2010-
Brennan got to carve his first pumpkin with his cousins that were living in our basement. It was always fun to have his 3 cousins around to play with. B dressed up as a monkey last year and lived up to his character. This kid is a fearless climber!!
Nov 2010-
We were able to celebrate Thanksgiving with my family and also visit with some of Trent's Utah family. It was some good time off of work too :)
Dec 2010-
Dance competitions, Christmas, etc. B met and had breakfast with Santa--so cute and fun. December was fun but also hard. I lost my cousin Kodi this month. That makes 4 funerals for us this year. We've really had some tough times. But as you read on...it does get better!!
Jan 2011-
More Dance competitions for me...a new job for Trent. We are so happy that he has had the opportunity to find something that lets him do something he enjoys but also offers him the benefits and pay that he deserves!!
Feb 2011-
Nothing too exciting during this month or at least exciting enough for me to remember...SAD!
March 2011-
Trent is keeping busy with his job, his little sister and 3 kids move out of our basement, my team wins 1st at a National Competition in Texas. March was good to us!!
Apr 2011-
Florida and Disney World with my family. So much fun!! Watching B meet Mickey Mouse was the highlight of the trip!!!
May 2011-
End the year with my team, Trent turns 37, B is awesome!!
June 2011-
Start a new team, some Park City weekends, and plenty of fun times with our good friends, the Estradas.
July 2011-
House goes up for sale...sells very quick...they want to close in 3 weeks...need to find a place ASAP!!! We were glad that we got to enjoy our last month of fireworks with the best seat in the valley...our deck. We miss that view oh so much!!
Aug 2011-
find a new home in Riverton, LOVE IT!! Great home, neighbors, and new friends. Big move takes place...I turn 31...Trent's job is keeping him very busy...school starts back up for me!!
September 2011-
September is always a memorable month for us. We celebrated our 4th anniversary at Christopher's and seeing the musical, Mary Poppins. We also celebrated B's 2nd Birthday with a Train themed party...so Fun!! Also, Trent decided to dabble in Real Estate again (to help pay off our new yard and water softener) and he's designing a new APP for cell phones. It's going to be great!!
Oct 2011-
So here I am a year later and we've done a lot. I'm sure that I missed some things. Again, go to my Facebook page to catch up on pictures and anything else I may have forgotten. I will start updating from here on out!!
